Shipping and Handling
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it. AffirmWater makes every effort to be as green as possible, therefore we reuse shipping material
whenever possible.
Orders are generally filled within 2-3 business days. If you need
the bottle for a specific date, feel free to let us know. Once your order has been processed to ship, you will receive
a tracking number from the carrier.

Shipping Charges
We provide shipping charges based on size and weight of your package
as well as destination. We use UPS International Standard for International orders, which takes approximately
7-21 days depending on customs. International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value added. Charges must
be paid upon receipt of your order.

Returns
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about
it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
Our bottles have a 1 year manufacturers
warranty. If your bottle is faulty for any reason, please email us and return to AffirmWater, 7001 Sanborn Rd., Loudon,
NH 03307. If your cap is faulty, please do the same. If you purchased your bottle from a retailer, please return
it to them. If a refund is required, please provide us with the name used to make the purchase, the order number, and
the date the purchase was made.
